Brass Up your Interior this Autumn

Interior Designer Karen Spiteri shares her favourite finds to “brass up” your homes interior for the Autumn months.

The changing season is the perfect time to mix things up in your homes interior and autumn especially is the perfect time to inject some new life and warmer tones into our homes as we prepare for the cooler months. Introducing elements like texture into soft furnishings, metallic finishes, natural marbles and stunning leather pieces will not only have you right on trend but also successfully add a sense of luxe and sophistication to any room.

Copper in its natural form and colour has been a popular décor choice over the last few years and still is, however we have seen a slight shift in the metallic comeback with brass and gold hues now at the forefront. This neutral Autumn colour palette is enriched with subtle touches of glitz however balanced out with tactile natural fibres of linens, jute, wool, and cottons to construct a cosy and inviting interior concept.
